anyfeedback® is built on a toolbox that is completely configurable to provide virtually any feedback solution. Anything can be changed.

For example, if feedback needs to be sent at a particular time (not instantly) then the part of anyfeedback® which delivers the feedback can be reprogrammed. Another example may be the way actions are tracked or logged, to meet particuar regulatory or strategic requirements.
