We looked into the ways we listen to customers, from mystery shopping, social networking sites, customer satisfaction surveys and research. What we found it was good, but often too complicated, unstructured or slow to be particularly useful. Also, these techniques weren't always appropriate or affordable for everyone.

However, customer feedback is valuable to everyone even though few knew how to make best use of it. So, anyfeedback.co.uk was created to make effective feedback really simple and affordable to anyone who wanted it.
