How it Works

  1. You invite people to offer their views through posters, cards, emails and texts.
  2. People visit anyfeedback.co.uk (or the branded version you use), find you and offer their feedback. Alternatively, people may text a code to a given number along with their comments .They mail also email, e.g. code@anyfeedback.co.uk.
  3. Customers receive an intelligent acknowledgement instantly.
  4. Feedback is converted into an email, text or fax and delivered to the right people.
  5. Staff act upon the feedback, record what they have done, and optionally send a personalised message to the customer explaining what has happened.
  6. Reports get generated when they need them, delivered directly to the people who need them. Alternatively, the dashboard is used to disdplay the results.
