The Paid Service

People subscribing to the out-of-the-box anyfeedback service or white labelled product get the following added-value features:
  • Customers get an acknowledgement text on their mobile phones thanking them for their feedback.
  • Staff may log actions, and send a personalised email or text to the customer closing their loop and making the customer feel listened to.
  • Additional logic may be programmed into anyfeedback® to do specific tasks depending on the nature of what has been said.
  • Online dashboard login is provided.
  • Consultancy is available.
The company details can also be pre-loaded by anyfeedback® as part of the setup fee. By supplying a database of outlets, anyfeedback can use the same internal codes used by the company.
